At the Title screen enter the following codes
Unlock all Cars:
Hold L+B and press Left
Unlock all Tracks:
Hold L+B and press Right
Unlock all Tune-ups:
Hold L+B and press Up
Unlock Extra Modes:
Hold L+B and press Down
Unlock Wire Frame Extra normally:
Complete all the tracks of every class in Championship Mode, on the Expert setting
Unlock Kart Extra normally:
Complete all the tracks of every class in Championship Mode
Unlock Expert Championship Mode
Complete the regular Championship mode with a Gold on ALL tracks
When you're on the title page press these buttons to activate these cheats:
