Intro
in the first generation of pokemon you could encounter missingno without action replay or cheating.

'M
by talking to the old man you could then fly to the coast of cinnibar island and surf on the coast. there you would in encounter 'M. it's level varies from 0 to 80 and sometimes over 100.( usually in the wild it is level 80.) it evolves into kangaskhan when it levels up.
 
glitch blocks are like 'M. another one is 4. ..

missingno (ghost)
This missingno's movepool is two water guns and sky attack. It's bird and normal. bird was the beta type move for the type flying.
