Mewtwo: it will only appear when you catch all the other pok�mon in the game.
Mew: use a cheating device. Can't be caught without one.

Mewtwo - you can catch it after you catch all the other pkmn

Mew - you can only catch it using a gameshark, but if you encounter it - it will give you 3 million points per hit.

Mew- Look in the forums. Die_zombie mentioned it there.

Mewtwo- Catch every Pokemon in the game and get to Indigo Plateau.
