After beating the elite four, prof elm wants me to talk to someone, who is that person?

I've beaten the it's four and gotten the master ball but all I really want it the ss ticket. After I went back, I called elm and he told me to go talk to someone. Who is that person and where can I find them?

You should receive the SS Ticket from Professor Elm in New Bark Town after you have defeated the Elite Four. If you defeated the Elite Four, you should be able to get it from him. If he asks about the Egg, try showing him the Togepi.

If he doesn't give it to you, try defeating the Elite Four again and see if that helps. If it doesn't, I think something is wrong with your game.

I think maybe you might be playing a rom hack of crystal which has a name that looks like it's the original (1.1) but isn't

The only crystal that's the true non hacked version is 1.0

1.1 includes trades for all legendary birds and theres another un name changed mod of it that lets you also catch em and the mews / silver/gold exclusives and kanto starts/fossils in the safari zone at level 20 for birds /mews/celebi 30 and 5 for the rest
