Select the gender of the Pokemon that you meet while this cheat is activated.

It's pretty useful if you want a specific gender of Pokemon while using the Pokemon encounter cheat, if you use both together as two separate cheats you should be able to both select the Pokemon you want to encounter and select it's gender
