Unlock Invulnerability and Level View

If you go to the bottom of the 'Music & FX' screen and press Select, Select, Select, B, A, B, Start you will bring up a new menu that will enable this cheat. It will come bundled with all of the effects under the 'Infinite Lives' cheat along with invulnerability (except to bottomless pits). Also, if you hold Select and press Start you will be able to toggle the level view mode.
