Introduction

Final Fantasy XII is a great game that you can have a great time playing. This game is a long game and can take weeks possibly even months. This game has many different areas with different fiends and items...much too many to list. I still haven't beat this game and hope to eventually so please enjoy my review of it.

Graphics

For a Playstation 2 the graphics are pretty good, but the mouths of the characters sometimes don't move as they should for certain words. Graphics for battle and scenes can be really good but when your using quickenings and the characters say something their mouths don't move at all. So overall an 8 out of 10.

Sound

The sound of this game is pretty great and fiends actually make noises when they die or get hit really hard. A downside is though, there is no battle music as there was in most Final Fantasy games I've played. The only time music changes is in a completely new area or in a boss/esper battle. I have to give it a 7 out of 10.

Gameplay

Gameplay of Final Fantasy XII is very, very good and storyline is very good and easy to follow. Characters are diverse and monster vary in looks, shapes, and sizes. Obviously the controls are fairly easy to memorize. Not much more to say about the gameplay except that it was really good. So, a 9 out of 10.

Lastability

This game will last you longer than any other Final Fantasy games so far. Out of all the games this one is the longest. You might end up trying to beat this game for a year it's so long. Also with all the sidequests available you will be playing this game for a long time, at least a month. So, much to some peoples complaints i'm sure, I give Lastability a 10 out of 10.

Overall

I have to suggest that you get this game as soon as you can because I found it something to keep me busy when I was bored. It is a great game to play and has good graphics, excellent gameplay and overall a very very long storyline. With these final words, buy this game, I give it a 10 out of 10.
