I'm 99 rated in fifa 14. With 9.9 reputation and I scored hat-trick in every match. The question is if I'm click "Submit request" and thinking of moving to any other good club they only give poor/worst clubs for me even I'm the top scorer , 99 rated , 9.9 reputation how is it possible....! Help me pls
