How do you get access to vehicles?

There's a bunch of free vehicles lying around that you can take. You can also take highwaymen vehicles though some of them are rigged. With the Hotwire perk, you can automatically disable these booby-traps.

Certain Guns for Hire companions like Carmina, Jerome, Gina, and Hurk, will always bring their ride when you call for them. Gina has the best ride out of them since it's The Gifthorse itself, Hurk's machine gun muscle car.

To craft your own vehicle, you need to access Prosperity's garage or a liberated outpost with a garage. From there, you can craft any vehicle available in your tier. You have to upgrade your homebase's garage to gain access to better, higher-ranked vehicles. Once crafted, you can spawn vehicles you own from any garage in the map.
