Just like all the other games, Bethesda has made another outstanding and realistic game that anyone can enjoy. I give Bethesda two thumbs up for yet abother outstanding achievment in gaming. This game is bacicially and completely one of the best shooter games I have ever played in my life. And just like Bethesda's "Oblivion", it is a editor's choice of E3, and personally, I completely agree with them.
The graphics are completely realistic, and I am interested that they would put Washington D.C., or as they call it "Goul City" in the game. Everything looks completely realistic. I can actually realize I am in the Wastelands and Megaton and all the other places in the game. I only have one problem, the bloat flies, they are huge and they kind of creep me out. Oh well, thats what hapens whan you make a realistic game I guess.
The sound is outstanding. I can actually fire a gun and it will sound like a gun being fired, I can swing a sledgehammer and actuelly hear the wind whistle when I swing it. Bethesda is probably the best game company when it comes to realistic enviorments and realistic people as well as creatures.
The gameplay is hard and challenging, just the way a video game should be. This is kind of like "Dead Space" because you always have to watch and conserve your ammunition and observe your eviorment for traps and hiding enemies. I think a challenging game like this is a good challenge for all serious gamers.
Just like Bethesda's "Oblivion" and "Morrowind", this game is long lasting and the best part is, it never ends, even after you beat Colonel Autumn at the end of the game, I find it very interesting that the code for Project Purity is 216 because at the beginning of the game, your father talks about your mother's favorite bible verse, Revelation 21:6. I feel god that this video game has something biblical.
This game is Betesda's pride and joy and I think they are at the top of their game at the moment. This is the best game I have ever played so far, and I hope they make more games to inspire other companies to make their games more realistic, so that everyone can enjoy and fantasise about the certain place your in. I rate this game a 10 out of 10, just like every other Bethesda brand game. Thank you Bethesda Softworks, for providing us with your incredible games!
