How to get full health of your special units

If you have any special unit in your gift box or if you bought it, first (if your special unit has full health)let go to a fight and (if your special unit has half of his/her health less then 1. Go to the harbour (if you don't have buy it) 2. Attack on one isle 3. Then come back from the isle with success and look to your special unit it may be have full health.
