Yes. With wallpaper, available in the "Shop" tab. Click on the "Build" tab, then the "wallpaper" menu. Hope this helps!

I was having trouble doing this as well so I solved it by going into build a mode and pressing the eye dropper at the top of the screen next to the arrow and at the bottom a whole lot of wallpapers came up hope this helps

When in build mode next to the photo of the staircase there is a paintbrush tool, you can paint your walls with that

Try changing the time of day to afternoon, it somehow helped me, I think it's some sort of glitch, hope it helped you!
