No you can not breed heroic dragons you can only win them from heroic races
No matter how strong the dragons your breeding youbwill not get a heroic dragon

Breed a beast and a mahan dragon both of level 30 ang get a chance to breed a heroic dragon. I get high celestial dragon by this.

No, you cannot breed heroic dragons. You should win them from heroic races. But that is not all. You can get them when you reach level 100.

Yes ,it is ,legendary dragons are the most powerfull dragons ,cause their elements of legendary can be used to attain any dragon,i guess you can breed an heroic by doing that

I tried to get some but don't take the heroic race seriously if you have less than 50 gems
