Why can’t I send or receive gifts on DD through FB which I’ve done for years ?? I asked this last week. But received no response to question? Please and Thank you

Same thing happened to me for 5 or 6 days and then suddenly it worked. Sorry to say started again but have no idea why or how to fix. Will wait a few more days to see if somehow it corrects itself yet again
