My friends keep sending me the free spins pack for slots, but I don't know how to access those free spins.

I think it is a scam! I made a purchase to get a free day of playing bingo and got (zero). I I also got so many free spins on slots and now it is full and I cant get any! I checked with Bingo Blitz site and they say I have to contact the developer that they dont have anything to do with that!
