Use the Map

Make sure you use the map when you are in a dungeon as it shows you it's entire layout. This enables you to easily map out the path you need to take to reach the location of Astrid's medicine and minimalize the need to backtrack. This will not only save you time it will also help you to avoid fighting enemies you have already encountered.
