You have to have Ryu-Khan 2 do this. go to crescent isle and talk to Ryu-Khan. he asks you about somethin called "Velorium".

Then you go to the Vortex and find 2 peices of the stuff. then go back to base and he makes you the Vorlik Blade.

I personally have used it and its a must for the final fight with Galcian and Ramirez.
