Question for Sonic Adventure 2

What are the power ups for all the characters?

Is it true that there is a powerup on the top of the rocket-launching platform in Metal Harbour?

Are there any cheats to get all 180 emblems at A grade

I am srry I can only answer 2 questions.But no there is not a power up at the top of the rocket launching station there is a pheonix to feed your chao and no there is not a code to gat all emblems...as far as I know.hope this helped!Good lucl!!
