What is the Best Starting Character?

When you start the game and create your character it is important that the Work stat has at least 10 points. To achieve this may mean that you have to try a few times but having it is crucial as it will ensure that you are able to move boulders and other debris from an area when developing your city and avoid wasting time with failed attempts. If you are unable to get a character with a high Work stat in the beginning there is always the option of growing an existing character to get the stats you need. This can be achieved by building businesses and other buildings in order to level the character up.
