Talent Points are unlocked at level 80, accessed through the Deep Talent section of your skills. In order to get talent points, you’ll need to get shards. You can get shards from the following:
PVE Emblem 1 – Event Activity Chests, Bronze (hard), Nightmare: Light, Kill S-Oinmaru/Osho’s Blade Snake Form in Operation Owl
BG Emblem I – Cross Server battle day of liberty, Snowmoon BG
Scorch Emblem – BG
Exchange ID cards for BG emblems
