HOWEVER! The there are specific conditions:
Starting from beginning game.
When selecting your starter once the dialogue box says "You have recieved..."
(Then you can activate the cheat code)
Walk to the next starter (Deactivate the code)
Pick up 2nd starter until dialogue box "You have received..." (Activate)
Walk to next starter (Deactivate the code)
After picking up the third one I recommend saving
