How do I add the last light of day and or mermaids voice to get the benefits (changing color of glow and sound of flying)

You need to make a new accessory that uses these, like iris light bracelets or shell anklets. When you finish making them you will be asked if you want to add a mermaid's voice or last light of the day.
You have to make light bracelets and shell anklets in order to add them to get the effects when wearing them.
