Research

Make sure you research your characters special abilities and know when and where you will get optimal use from them. Doing research will also tell you what items you need in order to empower a certain piece of gear.

Classes

It is important that you remember the three hero types and which classes they’re strong/weak against: Physical (Red) > Mystical (Blue), Mystical > Energy (Green) and Energy > Physical.

Primary Target

The most effective strategy before a battle begins is to determine which enemy presents the greatest threat and then focus your team on eliminating them first.

More Shards

When you have cleared out each chapter on the Normal difficulty you may want to consider playing the game on the Heroic setting where althouh the battles will be more difficult it will give you the opportunity to earn more shards which can then be used to rank up your character. Remember though you can only play each Heroic level three times a day.

Legendary Rank

Remember choose wisely when you achieve Legendary Rank and are allowed to permanently enhance one of your abilities because you cannot change your mind once you have chosen.

Teamwork

Before you consider entering PvP battles you should build up your team, a good tactic is to customise your team so that their Super Powers compliment each other. Also, always make sure you check out your opponnents lineup before entering a PvP so you can take advantage of their weaknesses.

Daily Rewards

It is always worth logging in each day as you will get some free loot for doing so, don't forget you can always earn more rewards by progressing through the main campaign missions and completing Achievements.
