There is always the option of buying Cars for cash with real money or using the in-game cash and Gold from the bundle offers of various kinds you are presented with on a regular basis. Another way to buy cars is to spend cash on keys at the game's regular store. To access this store you just tap the plus sign in the upper-right corner of the screen and then once inside you can tap the 'Keys' tab to find all three levels of keys from 'Rare Imports'. If you decide to purchase either Silver or Gold shipments you are guaranteed a rare car.
