Clover Retribution XP Guide

The quickest way to level up is to farm XP, the more XP you earn, the more levels you can gain until you hit max level, which is 250.

Listed below in no particular order are the different ways you can farm XP:

• Complete Quests

These include daily quests, main quests, and repeatable quests. All these quests reward gold, mastery, and XP.

• Events

Participate in events whenever they become available as these reward you with gold, XP, and unique drops.

• Raids

Raids such as the Aetherstone Raid are challenging and consist of phases and even DPS checks, but they offer substantial XP making them worthwhile.

• Dungeons

Capital Siege is the only dungeon currently available in Clover Retribution and it is the most lucrative source of XP in the game. Once you reach Level 90 you can challenge the dungeon on Easy, Normal, or Hard mode, with the higher difficulty levels imposing limited lives.

• Defeat Minibosses and Elite Enemies

As you progress through the game you will encounter minibosses and elites. These can be formidable opponents so you may need to recruit friends to help you kill them. While these enemies are hard to kill, they offer plenty of XP.

Clover Retribution Grimoire and Spells Guide

You start the game with your grimoire in hand. Spells are obtained the following ways:

• Defeat foes or tackle specific quests granting Magic Mastery.
• Certain spells unlock automatically as you level up your grimoire.
• Some spells drop after boss fights or quest completions.

You must stay alert, your grimoire and auditory hints will keep you informed. Keep in mind also that there are unique 'Arcane Spell'. Any grimoire can acess these, but they unlock based on player levels, not mastery levels.

Spells typically have nine levels. Power them up by using them in battle and landing finishing blows with them. As spells level up the will earn clovers, from bronze to gold. These boost various aspects of the spell. These include cooldown, size, damage, and damage cap. Some spells undergo a total transformation at specific levels.
