Here are the steps to redeem Card Chronicles codes.

There could be a number of reasons why the codes you have tried are not working.
The chronicle banner is a gacha-like summoning system that allows players to pull for skins and miscellaneous items by using a currency called chronogems. The Chronicle banner is hourly rotating, with each hour featuring a different rate up skin. These skins are limited time and will rotate to a new them every other update.
Chronogems are the exclusive currency that can be used for summoning on the chronicle banner. They can be obtained throughout multiple game modes and are purchasable from the shop.
Skins are cosmetic alternate arts that can be equipped on the specific card correspondent of the skin. Skins are equippable through the skin locker and do not provide any combat/player buffs.
Every time a player pulls 80 times in the chronicle banner, they are guaranteed a limited skin. If the pity skin is not the banner's current rate up, their next pity will guarantee the banner's rate up skin.
Constellations are a skill tree adjacent system that allows the players to obtain different buffs of their choosing through the usage of stars.
Stars are the main item used to progress within the constellation system. Stars are obtained every 125,000 rolls and through first time achievements of varying parts of the game. The first time achivements that reward stars include:
Blessings are a system in which a player is blessed by a specific god once they fully invest into all 15 nodes of a specific pathway. The god's blessing will provide the player with 2x stat increase from all the buffs obtained from the corresponding pathway. This blessing has a 1-hour cooldown if the player were to reset their investment.
The unsealed system is an hourly rotating boss-like system with miscellaneous rewards and a small chance for the player to unlock the corresponding unsealed boss as a rollable card with each other. Each unsealed boss has 2 difficulties, normal and challenge. Usually, players would be required to defeat each unsealed boss's current border 10 times before gaining access to the next. If the player chooses to fight the unsealed boss on challenge mode (5x stats), they would gain access to the next border difficulty instantly.
Through this system and through killing bosses, players gain access to unsealed cards. These cards are alternate art versions of existing cards that the player will be able to roll at 10x the base rarity of the original counterpart once they obtain the corresponding unsealed unlock. Unsealed cards do not have an alternate ability.
The tower of ordeals is a challenging mid-endgame gamemode in which the player will be able to challenge up to 100 floors from 6 different towers. Each tower will be 4x more difficult than the previous.
Tower rewards are distributed once the player completes the 5 floor increment stages of each tower. These rewards include miscellaneous items such as potions, trait rerolls, and even chronogems. The challenging floor 100 of each tower will also provide the player with an exclusive card unlock and a second battle slot for free to play players.
Support cards are a small pool of rollable cards that will function as an additional sub ability for the card that is equipped on. Each support card has its own unique effect.
Support cards are able to be rolled bordered, buffing numerical aspects of the sub ability they provide between each border tier. Each bordered support card also provides an innate stat boost, starting from 2% bonus stats at the gold border to 10% at the chronicle border.
Charms are craftable items that gives players luck related stat modifiers. These stat modifiers scale depending on the difficulty required to craft the charm.
Charms are craftable through collecting a specific combination of cards or reaching a certain roll count, acting as a pity system for unlucky players.
Traits are stat boosts players can roll on cards to allow them to reach greater heights. Traits rolled on a card will appear on all borders of the corresponding card, however, only 1 copy of the card will receive the trait buff if multiple are equipped.
The index system functions as essentially a glossary for players to keep track of cards they've unlocked throughout their playthrough. Upon unlocking a card in any border, it is automatically registered into the index upon obtainment.
Through the bar at the bottom of the index, players are able to track their progress of cards they have unlocked. Players are rewarded with varying items and currencies every time they register 100 new unlocks into their index.
Through collecting sets of difficult to obtain cards, players are rewarded with varying amounts of exp towards their index level. Index levels provide players with varying stat boosts each time they level up. These stat boosts include luck, roll speed, border chance and even the bonus card pack equip game pass at index level 5. If a player were to obtain a higher bordered card before a previous border, all low borders of the card will automatically be registered as obtained.
Infinite mode is an endless, infinitely scaling game mode that allows players to push their limits in exchange for varying rewards and cards. This game mode is the main form of card generation/obtainment in card chronicles.
Quests are a daily, weekly, and monthly reoccurring system that rewards players with various rewards. These quests scale by the player's rollcount, getting more difficult as the player progresses through the game while at the same time, yielding higher rewards.
Story bosses are difficult npcs that players can challenge at 6 different borders. The reward yield and difficulty scales exponentially with each border the player chooses to challenge.
Defeating bosses will reward players with various miscellaneous items and even unsealed unlocks for the respective boss, along with a permanent bonus luck boost for players upon clearing each boss's varing borders for the first time. Through an extremely rare drop obtained from bosses, players will also gain access to boss relics. These relics provide players with an innate ability that applies to every card in their team.
