My game, level 656 freezers when I play it. I have tried everything to complete this level but nothing works.

This is a known issue that has not been fixed. You can unfreeze your game by opening the Bubble Shooter game in a new tab, while keeping the frozen game tab open as well. Once the new game opens, the frozen game will unfreeze and you can continue playing. Any time a matched color ball touches a ball that is connected to the target, it will freeze again, so you'll just need to click over to the other game and then back to the frozen one again to unfreeze it. It's a pain, but you can eventually get through it.
When the game freezes put your Phone off, and back On, than you can continue
