There is not much point rerolling in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance, the Will Wish banner offered by Mason is the main reason to reroll your account, as you only have so many Rose Orbs to pull with at the start. One pull costs 150 Rose Orbs, and the chances of getting something other than Fragments is incredibly small. It is not worth wasting time rerolling unless you are trying to gain specific rewards or build towards a more difficult class.

Keep in mind that once you set a character up for deletion, it takes seven days for them to be deleted. The way around this is to create alternate accounts to continue rerolling, but this is more effort than it's worth. Below are the Gacha rates and pity mechanics.
