Introduction

Barnyard is a very... Interesting game where you can play as a cow and explore and go on missions. This game is rather easy to play because there is no life bar dungeons or anything like that. The only way you can get "hurt" is to jump in a river or stream.

Graphics

The graphics in the game are very cartoony but very cool. The characters look weird and if you choose to play as a male American cow you kinda look like a girl... Looking at the screen while playing a little bit makes look like you were actually watching the TV series (if you didn't have the controller!)

Sound

The sound in the games are very realistic. Say you jumped in the river, the game would make a loud 'splash' noise which sounds like a cow really was jumping into a stream! The sound of the characters voices are only heard during the first and last sentences of what they want to say so... A little more work could be done there, but It's still good.

Gameplay

The game Barnyard is a puzzle, Adventure and RPG game all mixed together. Puzzle because you have to figure out the other animals..ummm...puzzles?
Adventure because you can anywhere you like once you get the key for that section, and RPG because you have to run around doing missions the other animals ask you to.

Lastability

I think the length of this game is pretty big because there are over 100 missions needing to be completed and during the night there is a place called the night barn which is hosted by you and a chicken named Root. The game is fairly long considering how much you have to do!!!

Overall

Barnyard is an excellent game which I enjoyed playing and I think that you will to! Playing as a cow is very unusual! Also, once you obtain the sunglasses a special and funny, very funny, surprise is in it for you! It's very funny! And here's a hint; "It's MILKing Time!!!"
