Introduction

The first Bakugan game that I have ever played on the Wii, it was something different to try and play. First getting the game I couldn't wait to see what kind of features were built into it and if the creators mixed it some actual episode characters with the game to make it more realistic to the show itself.

Graphics

Graphics where good, the cut scenes where the story started to play out had good graphics where there was no skipping or pixel sections. A bit of disappointment came when the actually the battles started up, there was very little graphics, the Bakugan when it was summon always did the same pose which after a few battles it got a little old. That and when it came to attacks it only showed the Bakugan attacking each other but no actually graphics for the attacks.

Sound

Sound was good, it matched the mood that the game was playing out and it at times made things a bit more suspenseful. I could tell though in some battles that the sound wasn't as good as it could have been which once again that was a disappointment to hear. Other than that the sound was pretty well matched with the game and characters.

Gameplay

It get straight to the point the gameplay was what I think, a bit too short, the only thing that happened were cut scenes and the tournaments where you just battled with a Bakugan, it really didn't keep the game interesting and it limited you on how you could interact with the game. The way that the storyline was set up, also could have been a bit bigger, it seems that even at the end of the game there was more that could have been added to it.

Lastability

I give a 9 for this cause it really depends on the person whether the lastability is long or not. For me I play the game somewhat here and there trying to challenge myself at different times just to make the game more interesting for myself. Other than that I just keep playing the same thing over and over again which after a period of time can get pretty boring.

Overall

Overall, I give the game a 9 even thought there was some disappointment with the game in the graphics and gameplay overall it's a pretty good game to play if you are into Bakugan and stuff like that. It just goes to show you that this is the beginning and that the creators for future games can only try to improve from here.
