Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora is played in a first-person perspective, you play the role of a Na'vi orphan raised and trained as a soldier by the Resources Development Administration (RDA), before being put into suspended animation and waking up fifteen years later in an abandoned facility.

In your adventure you will embark on a journey across the Western Frontier, a never-before-seen region of Pandora, discovering their origins and organizing the local Na'vi tribes to fight back against the RDA as they attempt to exploit the natural resources of the Western Frontier.

• Do the Side Quests

  Don't ignore the side quests in Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora as they will lead you to new areas on the map where you will be able to earn skill points, new gear, crafting designs, or materials. Na'vi quests will typically earn you Clan Favor, while human quests can reward you with Spare Parts. The NPCs you encounter that have a blue dot indicate they have a side quest you can embark on.

• How to Gather Plants

  To gather a plant in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora you have to rotate your analog stick or mouse until you find the spot where it comes loose. Then when you have found it you just pull the plant out. You can test to see if it is the correct spot by pressing the pull button once, if it shakes, keep rotating until it doesn't. When you find that spot, hold the pull input to gather your plant.

• Learn How To Cook

  Knowing how to cook meals in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will allow you to maximize the utility of the ingredients you have gathered while exploring. To cook you will need a Cooking Station and they can be found at every camp.

  When you interact with the Cooking Station there will be two slots for ingredients. The first slot determines the bonus you will be granted while the second slot dictates the duration of the buff. This means the rarer the ingredient the longer the duration of the buff.

When you begin cooking you will not know what bonuses each ingredient grants, the only way you can find out is to use the ingredient at least once. Once you become familiar with the different ingredients and their effects you will instinctively know the recipe you need to cook.

• Take Advantage of the Crafting Table in Camps

  In every camp in Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora there is always a Crafting Table that you can use to create weapons and armor pieces. Before you can craft however you will need to obtain the Designs which are essentially blueprints for the item you want to make.

  Designs can be purchased from the merchants you meet or or they are received as rewards for specific quests you complete. Merchants can typically be found in larger camps like Aranahe Clan Home and Resistance Headquarters.

• Use Your Na'vi Senses

  Just using your human vision in Avatar: Frontiers Of Pandora will not be sufficient, you will need to utilize your Na'vi Senses to highlight important things like plants and enemies when you scan your surroundings.

During quests your Na'vi Senses will highlight quest objectives with a beam, making it easier to follow them. They are also useful when you encounter enemies as they will reveal weak spots that you can take advantage of during battle.
