Fusing Blueprints

To get equipment from blueprints you obtain you need fuse them. To do this you need to go to open your inventory by tapping the bag button that is located on the bottom-left of the screen. At your inventory select the 'Fuse' tab and tap on the blueprint that you want to fuse. Then on the screen that appears tap the 'Use' button. This will allow you to see what materials are required to craft the equipment. If you have the materials and the required amount of gold tap the 'Fuse' button.

Fusing Alloy

You can get a fusing alloy material that can be used to fuse blueprints by salvaging equipment you don't need. To salvage equipment tap the 'Salvage' button in your inventory and select the gears that you want to dismantle and tap the 'Salvage' button again to confirm. The selected gears will disappear from your inventory and you will get the alloy you can use for fusing.
