Atomicrops Cheats and Tips

The seasons in Atomicrops only last a few days and when you return to the town after one ends you will have access to a new area in which you can speak to the town mayor who resides there.

When you talk to the mayor he will assess your haul for the season that has just ended and reward you appropriately with some high-value items, one of which will often be something that can be used to repair a bridge. Two extra shops will also open on that day, one will enable you to buy items in exchange for rose petals and the other will enable you to buy tractors for cash. Don't spend all your rose petals in the shop as you will need some for flirting with a potential partner.

Although tending the farm in Atomicrops is essential it is more important to spend more of your time during the day exploring the wastelands in search of loot such as seeds, fertilizer, power-ups, tractors, and livestock.

Reaching the different areas requires you to repair the bridge connecting them using bridge repair materials, which are expensive. Make sure when you do gain access to an area you explore it methodically. It is recommended that you start with the desert area in West first as this is the least dangerous of the two areas available to you at the beginning of a run.

Exploring the wasteland in Atomicrops will enable you to encounter various farm animals which you can recruit to help automate farming enabling you to focus on killing enemies and searching for more seeds. Farm animals you will come across include pigs which will till soil and help expand your farm without having to use shovels and cows which automatically water crops for you while you are away which saves you time from having to run back and forth to your farm. The upgraded versions of each animal can be found in the Super variant of each area and will perform tasks more frequently than the regular versions.

The easiest way in which to make money in Atomicrops is to plant a 2x2 square of the same type of seed. If you do this and then fertilize it the 2x2 square will grow into an extra-large crop which is worth more than four separate smaller crops put together. Fertilizing and combining can be done at any stage of plant growth. You can also make extra money easily by keeping an eye out for bushes of wild crops you can pick out in the wilderness.

There are several ways in which you can heal in Atomicrops. These include buying hearts from town using rose petals, receiving health from characters you can romance in exchange for rose petals, and health pickups dropped from some enemies which if you pick up while at full health will enable you to 'grow' an extra heart container. One way in which you can bolster your health in general is with organic armor that grows back every day.
