ReCore is now available Xbox One and Windows 10 as the first Xbox Play Anywhere Game

Today sees the release of the first game in the Team Xbox Play Anywhere scheme, which means that the gamer can pay for a single game and then have it available to play on both the Xbox One and a windows 10 Machine. The system requires that you purchase the game as a digital download from the Microsoft store.

The first game to be released is ReCore, an action adventure game that follows the Joule Adams and her mechanical 'corebot' companions Mack, Seth and Duncan as they encounter danger and mysteries on the planet of Far Eden.

The Play Anywhere scheme means that gamers can continue their adventure from either device as their in game progress is saved and achievements are tracked across the platforms. Recode is available now in North and South America and most Asian countries and in Japan and Europe on the 15th and 16th of Sept.
