PAX East Atmosphere III -- Booth Babes!
There are a lot of definitions of what a booth babe is -- generally they are defined as a promotional model hired to staff the booth of an exhibitor, pass out promotional materials, present a pleasing image, drive consumer demand for a product, service, brand, or concept by directly interacting with potential consumers, and in the case of PAX, project the image of a game or product in a memorable way...
We think that they did a great job, and our coverage of PAX East 2011 would not be complete without sharing the best of the best with you, our faithful readers! So here, in a purely subjective fashion, are the best of the best, the top booth babes of the Expo -- at least according to the GU Crew...
Judging the best of the best was difficult at the booth that everyone was calling "The Candy Store" (the booth babes were giving away bags of Lemon Heads candy, which might explain their uniforms). After much debate we ended up declaring a tie -- so here is half of the best booth babe entry. . .

It couldn't be a booth babes review without the pair of queens that are the Duke's personal guard -- Yo Duke!
The Turtle Beach girls had the booth covered, passing out the very popular Turtle Beach Shades (sunglasses) to an appreciative line.
This is not the Jersey Shore -- it is much better! It is PAX East Booth Babes!
Often a booth babe has additional duties -- like here, as mascot wrangler!
Or handing out the ID Tags for a tourney -- and mates this is the very end of the line, not the start, but we can see how waiting in queue for an hour can be softened by this pay-off at the end of the line!
The babes manning the booth over at Call of Juarez were voted happiest of show!
The babe of babes managing the lines for The Darkness II has a secret -- that edgy uniform she is wearing is her OTHER uniform -- her main threads are the ones she wears when she is representing the Duke as one of his Girls!
As hard as it is to accept, we have finally reached the end of the best of the best, so it is only fitting that we slip in one for the ladies here! Never let it be said that the GU Crew is not thoughtful of the Girl Gamers out there!
