Destiny Beta Arriving July 17 2014

Bungie's Destiny Beta opens it's doors on July 17th for a limited period, 'which will include a diverse sampling of major activities featured in the full game'. We've got the low-down on how you can get to try the game in Betaand the important dates you need to remember.

The Destiny Beta is available on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. First of all you'll need to pre-order Destiny from one of the retailers listed on this page: http://www.destinythegame.com/wheretobuy. The retailer should give you a redeem code - head over here and follow the instructions: http://bungie.net/beta. - You'll need to do this to reserve your spot.

For PS3 and 4 players, the beta commences on July 17th, at 10am PDT. For Xbox 360 and One owners, the beta commences on July 23rd at 10am PDT. The Destiny Beta will be OFFLINE for maintenance on all systems from July 21st and July 22nd PDT, and it will finish for everyone at the end of the day on July 26th.
