Arena Stars: Battle Arena is a MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) that also includes card collecting and real-time strategy elements. You will be able to unlock and customise over 50 Heroes, each with their own set of powerful abilities. Get matched with a player of similar ranking and whoever gets three KOs first wins. Spend Mana, the main resource pool to cast your abilities and play the cards you have prepared for the match. When you win battles you will receive chests as rewards which provide you with all the relevant gameplay items you need. Below is a collection of hints and tips that will help you in the game. These include how to stop lagging and freezing, free Crowns, and VIP Bonuses.
You may find instances because of the real time battles in the game that your screen may lag or freeze. To help prevent this go to 'Options' and then 'Game Settings' and check to see if 'Extra Effects' is on or off. If you switch it to off you will find that it will have solved the problem and your game will run smoothly.
As the game progresses you will begin to recieve duplicate cards. Make sure you upgrade them as doing so will help you level up and when you level up one of your characters it will make your team stronger as all of their stats will increase. This makes trying to make all possible upgrades as soon as you can important.
Whenever you fight in the arena you will recieve Crown Chests. These are chests that contain heroes and other useful goodies that will help you in the game. Unlike other games where you have to wait for a timer to run out before you can open them you will be able to open Crown Chests immediately if you have the required number of Crowns. To obtain these crowns as a reward you must defeat the opponent's Hero in battles. You can to get Crowns for free by tapping on the 'Free Crowns' button which can be found on the bottom side of the chests and also by watching video advertisements where you will recieve 1 Crown each time you watch an ad.
At the ingame shop you have the option to purchase chests using real money. There are 3 different types of chests and they get increasingly more expensive (Magic Chest, Power Chest and Goddess Chest). If you have spare cash you may want to consider buying them as they will all yield heroes and units.
The 'Daily Card Deals' option at the ingame shop gives you the chance to purchase great cards using Gold Coins. You will find the 'Daily Card Deals' under the 'Cards' menu and it will refresh every day.
Make sure you check the ingame shop regularly as there will be times when you can get free rewards from it. These might even be hero shards.
Once you have made a few in-app purchases using real money you will be able to claim the VIP Bonuses. The VIP Bonuses are bonuses based on how much real money you have spent in the game. These rewards will usually be chests and shards for units and heroes.
