X-Men vs. Street Fighter Cheats and Tips

Unlock Alpha Chun-Li:

At the 'Character' select screen highlight Chun-Li and hold 'Start' and press any attack button.

Unlock Shadow:

At the 'Character' select screen highlight Dhalsim then hold Up for a few seconds and press LP + MP + HP.

Unlock Akuma:

At the 'Character' select screen highlight Dhalsim, Magneto, Juggernaut or M. Bison and press 'Up'. Akuma will appear if you have entered the code correctly.

Unlock The Hulk:

At the 'Character' select screen highlight Cyclops and press Down 4 times. Then highlight Wolverine and press Right 12 times. The Hulk will appear next to Wolverine if you have entered the code correctly.

Unlock Alternate Costumes:

At the 'Character' selection screen highlight a character and press the Punch button for a darker costume or the Kick button for a lighter one.

Change to 2nd Character:

At the 'Character'select screen select your character and hold 'Start' + LP + MP + HP. When the match begins release the buttons to use your second character.

Continue Attacking:

As soon as you've won a match press 'Start' quickly to continue hitting the defeated character.
