Unlock Gun Calibration Mode

Added:

To calibrate your guns before gameplay press and hold the trigger and step on the pedal before inserting a coin at the 'Title' screen. Shoot at the five points on the screen and 'OK' to set it or step on the pedal to re-calibrate.

On the following screen shoot 'ON' for gun recoil or 'OFF' for no recoil.
