Unlock Bonus Vehicles:

When selecting your car hold down 'Brake' to unlock the Armored Van and F-1 car.

Unlock Reversed Tracks:

At the selection screen when selecting your track hold down 'Brake'.

Select weather:

At the selection screen highlight a stage then press Shift Up or Down to change the weather in Japan, Europe or the U.S.
