Fight Alfred in Single Player Mode
When you have 10 fights without any losses, scored over 750,000 points, performed either 5 P.Power moves or 7 S.Power moves and defeated the final boss (Geese Howard or Wolfgan Krauser) you will be able to fight Alfred in a bonus fight.
