In order to get a zebra you have to get a special horse. After you get a special horse you keep breeding from generation to generation. You will get a panda or a reverse panda, then you will get a cow then you will get a tiger. Basically all you do is make sure you have good generations and making horses a lot

There is no "trick" to breed a Zebra. Breeding a Special is all part of luck. Although the best chance of breeding a Special is by breeding two specials. This is not 100% positive a getting a Special, but increases the odds.

Guest answered:

I started playing this game 6 years ago and I learned very quickly no matter what you do, breeding specials is usually random. You'll either get a panda, red panda, one of two 'cow' variations, an okapi looking thing, a tiger, a zebra, a platinum or a white. Or a grey.
I breed specials usually and have quite a line going, but breeding two Zebras together usually doesn't mean you get a zebra. I have a panda stallion who has YET to give me another panda.
