Unlock Level Select

At the 'Selection' screen hold A + B + C + D for players one and two and then highlight one of the following levels to unlock the corresponding level. Keep the buttons held and allow the timer to expire.

Unlock Level 5:

Highlight level 1 to start at level 5.

Unlock Level 6:

Highlight level 2 to start at level 6.

Unlock Level 7:

Highlight level 3 to start at level 7.

Unlock Final Level:

Highlight level 4 to start at the final level.
