Unlockables cheats for Manx TT: Super Bike Twin

Unlock Time Trial Mode:

At the 'Course Selection' screen hold Brake while making a choice.

Unlock Sheep Race:

At the 'Transmission Selection' screen press Shift Up, Shift Up, Shift Down, Shift Down, lean the bike Left, and lean the bike Right. Keep leaning in that direction and hold Brake and Accelerate. This code must be completed before the countdown ends, if you are successful you will hear the sound of a sheep as confirmation.
