I've put out the fire,
Cut down such stones,
But can't get to 3.cut down a stone to find the locals.
I've cleared all along the wall but can't get through to the stone!
Please help I only have 8 days left on this island.

What it's shown in you're quest is wrong.
The stone is not left behind the wall but in the very bottom right side of you're island . I had the same problem and I just found it.
It is showing you the wrong place.... Rock can be found in left corner as you look at island
