Star Island is no longer available, I got HUGE amount of stars from transformable buildings. However, I sold the thing, what was for using the speed up stars. How do I use them now??

They are used to power the apparatus. The apparatus speeds up workers on the big island.
Also, the Diamond Eye in buildings, when transformed--gives the same stars needed to speedup workers using apparatus (along w other gifts). Sphinx may as well but I don't buy zombucks so not sure
