There are two plush hearts on love island near the love house also a stone heart I got two other sone hearts someplace also suppose to turn the stone hearts to plush maybe this is the key

1st stone heart- which you can then change to plush is due north follow the yellow sand path
2 in the far right corner is the zombie lightlhouse
3.below that about 60% down the coast is the joker
4 about 10% further down from that is the second stone to change to plush
5 the scary house is in the upper left quadrant
6 I'm still looking for the 3rd and final stone plush

3rd heart is after scary house behind 99 tree nearest sea

Bottom left corner by sea is a heart

There are 4 hearts on Mad Island.

One is to the right of the island - follow the path behind the broken down car right to the shore line and the heart is there

One is to the left of the island. Follow the path that goes SW and it's hidden in all the trees just behind the fence

One more is near the south of the island - think of a clocks face and it's between the 5 and 6 o'clock not on the shore line but behind some huge rocks

You don't have to clear everything to find them. Once you get close by they just pop up!

Hey everyone - the third plush heart can be found nearly dead center in the strand of circular, deciduous yellow/brown trees. The quickest/best way to get to it is by working right to left across the face of the tall sequoias, dropping down into the strand about 10% from its left border. Happy playing...

This afternoon I found an additional stone heart at the very bottom corner of Mad Island, call it dead 6 o'clock on a clock face.
