To increase your salary per week you would have to perform well in all match and your popularity plays a part I believe also if you win any title within a promotion it should increase the next time you want to renew your contract
Restore the defaults of the game then create a booking career with federation online, after creating the booking career, you will see an icon "hire talents", then go to wrestling school and select your the player you are using in your wrestling career, then input any amount you want your wrestler to be earning...but you can only do this by wrestling for federation online..
