why is my game not working properly at all?

Few major problems... 1] I have used around 75$ in google play cards for monthly packs and gems and such. Purchase goes through as it says and I don't get any thing but one went through and I got gems but 30 min later a major problem accured..When I loged back into game I had lost every gem I had, my castle level went from 26 to 19. Everything was at level 26 in my castle except my wall was 25. All my farms, stone, wood, and iron mines were 24 and now 17 and below. All my medical tents were 26 with all training grounds at 26 now they all are ranging from 16-18. Not to mention I lost 41,000 t9 mages, 36,000 t9 archers, 37,000 t9 infantry, 22,,000 t9 calvery ..... Lost all my t8 troops which were close to 360,000 , t8 archers 395,000, t8 infantry over 400,000, and t8 calvery 190,000. I lost all my t7 troops except 1,920 mages. I can't remember what I had in t7 but there were more t7 troops by far than the t8 troops. Lost almost 3/4 of my t6 troops aswell. Next problem is I have tried forging 10 orange pieces and 19 purple pieces on black smith from level 19 up to level 26 having everything either orange or purple including the next level equipment below what is being forged and everything comes out blue. Now for what ever reason my castle is at level 19 now with lots to redo again. I went from lord level 37 to 26. Lost alot of my skill points in military also. How can this be fixed. I am very very disturbed by this issue. Please help me.
