Where do I find the code for the 3-digit combination on level 3? I'm also looking for the plunger and mop.

The code is 286 the plunger is in the pump house and the mop is in the labratory the building with the gas tank in front of it
Finish the quest that opens the water pump building and the plunger is inside the building.
